Darwin E. Ortega Araque is President of Serankua Jewellery Trading L.L.C. and President & CEO of Grupo Empresarial Serankua S.A.S. A maritime lawyer with extensive experience in international trade, port management, maritime logistics and cross-border commercial operations, his professional background spans maritime law, international contracts, chartering, shipping, supply-chain management, regulatory compliance and investment project development.
He has led complex negotiations, structured international transactions and developed strategic relationships across global markets. He also serves as Vice President of Operations for the Middle East at Patricia Internacional Corp., bringing additional commercial and operational experience to Serankua’s international platform.

Eng. José Luis Marín
Eng. José Luis Marín serves as Vice President & Authorized Representative of Serankua Jewellery Trading L.L.C. and as CEO & President of Patricia Internacional Corp.. He brings more than 40 years of experience in crude oil, refined petroleum products, international trading, energy-related business operations and complex commercial negotiations.
His career includes the structuring of international transactions and strategic projects across the energy sector, together with involvement in clean-energy innovation through RiDGE Energy Group. At Serankua, his experience strengthens international representation, strategic counterparty relationships, commercial structuring and the execution of complex cross-border opportunities.
